Adrienne Hetherwick
Director, First Baptist Day School
I’m Adrienne Hetherwick, Director of First Baptist Day School. I have the responsibility of overseeing daily operations of the Day School, along with providing all children with a creative and educational learning environment, managing teaching staff, developing curricula in coordination with teachers, communicating with parents, and introducing Godly principles. My belief is that the foundation of learning starts now, therefore the Day School will provide a place for all children to grow socially, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

Ministry Service: My ministry has always been in the classroom. I have used my calling of teaching to show grace, mercy, and love as Christ does for us. I have also spent many summers teaching Vacation Bible School and volunteering for our Children’s Ministry.
Life Scripture: As humans, we tend to worry over things that we have absolutely no control over. This verse has always been very near and dear to my heart. Matthew 6:34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
